6 apartments on top of the parking space of a Colruyt store

A delivery zone and an existing parking of Colruyt on the groundfloor define the internal circulation of the building and the organisation of the apartments. To create a continuity in the urbanistic context, elevations, volumetrie and materials are similar with the future corner building. All the apartments have deep and double-high terraces. This promotes the privacy in the busy street and provides the deep exterior rooms with more light. The volumes on the upper floor are delimited with polycarbonate-panels that let light through without having a view on and by the neighbors.
